- Info: Colorado Parks and Wildlife engaged Blue Mountain Environmental Consulting to conduct a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for the property in Grand County, Colorado. BMEC identified hazardous substances or petroleum products in support a real estate transaction.
Located near Granby, the site is located near the junction of the Colorado River and Fraser River. The watershed helps drain an area of 2,860 square miles. The property includes the Windy Gap Reservoir with an associated pump facility and wildlife viewing area.

RECs include “the presence or likely presence of any hazardous substances or petroleum products on a property under conditions that indicate an existing release, a past release or a material threat of a release of any hazardous substances or petroleum products into structures on the property or into the ground, ground water or surface water of the property” (ASTM Designation: E2247-16).
