  • Info: Blue Mountain Environmental Consulting prepared a six-year restoration plan to revegetate disturbed areas at the proposed Forty-Three Prime residential development in Fort Collins. 

The areas restored in the plan were a contoured and graded 50-foot habitat buffer zone and special rain garden area. The plan incorporated noxious weed management, soil treatments, erosion control, establishment of native vegetation, monitoring, irrigation and maintenance of the seeded areas. Blue Mountain identified noxious weed species and provided a summary of management guidelines for each species.
