Colorado Open Lands hired Blue Mountain to prepare a baseline documentation report in conjunction with creating a conservation easement on this 1,730-acre property located in Pueblo County, Colorado. 

The property helps conserve high prairie habitat with high biodiversity. It is a prime example of a vulnerable lower montane riparian habitat. This habitat will benefit a diverse species of wildlife including Rocky Mountain Elk, Black Bear, Mule Dear, bats and a variety of bird species.
